Evoluted's Impact Report FY 2023/24

After certifying as a B Corp™️ in February 2024, we have published our very first Impact Report, structured broadly in line with the five B Lab Impact Assessment impact areas, documenting the work we have undertaken across our most recent financial year towards making Evoluted a force for good.

Highlights From The Report

Prior to, throughout, and following our B Corp™️ certification, Evoluted has always operated with a “people over profits” ethos. This has been our north star as a business and in how we approach making a difference to our people, our communities and to our planet.

This report gives a transparent view into the positive impact activities the agency has undertaken throughout our 2023-2024 financial year, where we have opportunities for improvement, and what our plans for future positive impact look like.

Our B Corp™️ Score

Our initial score on the B Lab Impact Assessment was 88.4, reduced to 84.4 during the verification process - a solid score considering it was based entirely on what we were already doing - yet we see this as only the beginning of the journey. Our goal is to achieve a minimum score of 90 at recertification.

Our People

We’re particularly proud to be able to report statistics such as a company wide zero gender pay gap and engaging 100% of employees with skill-based training. We achieved an excellent 90% employee satisfaction score, although an eNPS of 29 and lower than we’d like ethnic and gender diversity metrics show we still have much room for improvement.

Environmental Impact

An area in which our CSR Officers have contributed immensely, our energy consumption has reduced by an average of 32% across gas, electricity and water. We’ve offset over 150 tonnes of CO2, introduced innovative new ways to minimise waste produced, and taken a more robust approach to measuring the impact of business travel.

Giving Back

We’re over the moon to have absolutely smashed our target of giving back 1% of total working time to positive impact projects, achieving a whopping 3% equivalent to over 1800 hours across 4 amazing pro-bono projects, raising almost £7000 for charitable causes, and growing our DM events community to well over 1000 people across Sheffield, Nottingham and Manchester.

Our Clients

Celebrating 18-years of outstanding client results, this year we saw over £50m of revenue driven across Evoluted managed websites and marketing platforms! Bolstered by efforts to improve client satisfaction, we achieved an NPS of 73 and 8.4/10 Drum Recommends rating.
