Lucy Dodds
Senior SEO Strategist, Evolved
Talk: “You Went Viral and Got 100 Links - So WHAT? How to Know When Digital PR is Making a DIFFERENCE!”
This talk will discuss the ‘point’ of doing Digital PR beyond deliverables alone. We see many brilliant campaigns that are covered widely online, which means we can tick our KPI box and go home, right? Wrong! Getting brand awareness, links, coverage and going viral is just the beginning of how we should be measuring success. Lucy explains how in-house and agency Digital PRs (and the companies hiring them) can know how their work really impacts a business, contributes to the bigger picture and result in more revenue – the stuff we should really care about.
