Evoluted make the drum top 100 for the second year running
Evoluted has been named in The Drum Top 100 Independent Agencies Census for the second year running - jumping 21 places from 2018. Having placed at #92 last year, we’ve climbed up to #71 this year.
The improvement comes off the back of another busy year here at our Lambert Street HQ, which has seen our team and client base continue to grow.
Upon the announcement of the Census, Evoluted’s Managing Director, Ash Young, offered the following thoughts:
“The Drum brand is recognised through the world of marketing and it’s fantastic so see Evoluted recognised again by such a prestigious organisation. The team continue to do great work for our clients and their work is what’s made our appearance in the Top 100 Census possible. Our aim for 2020 is now to improve our position again and keep climbing up the list!”
Some of the many factors used to decide which agencies deserve to make the Top 100 include:
Client satisfaction scores from agency search service The Drum Recommends
Turnover growth
Gross profit
Gross margin growth
Definitive Barometer
Following the publication of the 2019 Census, The Drum’s Deputy Editor, Cameron Clarke, told The Drum website that the process to find the Top 100 agencies this year was more rigorous than ever:
“The Census is the definitive barometer of agencies’ financial performance and it was pleasing to see an increase in agencies participating in our rigorous research process this year.
“Despite an uncertain economic outlook, and suggestions of clients withholding budgets, the vast majority of agencies we studied have seen an increase in fee income year-on-year - a testament to their attractiveness and new business prowess. The industry needs a vibrant independent scene, so long may their success continue.”
Our placement in the Top 100 caps off what’s been a great few weeks, after we received two nominations for The Northern Digital Awards.
