And we’ve got some big news to share …
A couple of weeks ago, we shared our first-ever Evoluted Impact Report for the 2023/24 financial year. But, this isn’t just a regular report, it's a reflection of the dedication, passion and energy we’ve poured into making a positive impact on our people, communities, clients, and the environment.
But why does any of this matter?
The past financial year has been a major turning point for Evoluted.
In 2022, we set out to formalise our values and embrace our ethos of…

Not just for our clients but for our people, and the business as a whole!
Our proudest achievement to date is evolving into an agency focused on more than just results.
We’re committed to ensuring that everything we do creates meaningful change, from developing and supporting the team to reducing our environmental impact and giving back to our communities.

We’re officially a Certified B Corp - Yes, we did that! In February 2024, we received our official title; which keeps us accountable for ensuring we push forward as a force for good in our communities.
Pro-Bono Work & Volunteering - Giving back is at the heart of our culture. In the past year, we’ve donated 1,800+ hours to those in need (3% of our total working time vs 645hrs/1% time target) helping local charities/communities such as Flux Rotherham, Rare Charity, Bangers & Cash Art Trail - Roundabout and Bamboo Bobbi (to name a few!)
Going Green - No, not with envy! With our office utilities! We slashed our usage across the board with a 24% reduction in electricity, 37% in gas and 35% in water. Additionally, we switched to 100% green energy - planting 1,469 trees to offset 151.18 tCO₂e.
People >> Profits - Our people are our greatest asset, and we’re not just saying that we’re actioning that, as we introduced enhanced parental leave, and duvet days and turned our £2K cost of living bonus into a permanent fixture for all employees.
Diversity & Inclusion - We’re proud of our progress but we’re also aware that we have some way to go. With 44% of our team identifying as women, we’re now focusing on increasing diversity across each level of the agency, especially amongst ethnic minorities. Trust us, this is just the start!
So, what’s next for us?
We’re not stopping here or slowing down anytime soon…
Evoluted’s journey to becoming a net-positive business is only just beginning. We’ve got some BIG plans for 2024/25, including;
Reducing our environmental impact even further, with an additional 5% reduction across our utilities. We’ll also be working with Ecologi Zero to gain more accurate data on our scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, which will aid us in improving our offset strategy.
As we move forward as an agency, we’re focused on taking real, measurable steps to improve diversity through systematic changes to ensure job opportunities are accessible and visible to those from ethnic or minority backgrounds.
We also want to expand our portfolio to make a greater difference, with three new pro-bono projects. Our goal is to ensure that the positive impact we create through our work helps drive change and uplift our communities.

Overall, we’re so proud of what we’ve accomplished, but there is always room for improvement…. We just want to keep the momentum going!
