What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Paid Search Executive, you’ll work closely with the Head of Paid Media and Paid Media Specialists to manage, optimise, and grow paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll have ownership of your own accounts while being part of a supportive team that helps you level up your skills.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
Managing Paid Search Campaigns
Handling 5-8 clients, ensuring their Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns are running smoothly.
Keeping a close eye on performance metrics, making sure budgets are on track and campaigns are delivering results.
Running audits to spot areas for improvement and new opportunities.
Making data-driven optimisations to improve ROI and efficiency.
Using GA4 and other tools to uncover insights and trends.
Writing new strategies (with support from senior team members).
Keeping Asana up to date with all tasks and account changes.
Client Communication & Reporting
Building strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
Keeping clients updated on big changes, challenges, and opportunities.
Creating and sending monthly performance reports with meaningful insights.
Leading monthly client calls, providing strategic advice and recommendations.
Occasionally attending in-person client meetings when needed.
Agency Representation

What We’re Looking For
Due to the client-facing nature of the role, we’re looking for someone with strong critical thinking skills, who can assess and analyse the information they receive, research additional insights and potential solutions, and make well-informed decisions. You should be comfortable handling ambiguity, weighing different options, and using available data to guide your approach. Strong decision-making skills are essential—you’ll need to confidently evaluate options and choose the best course of action based on both data and experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills—you love using data to inform decisions.
Great communication skills, especially when talking to clients.
A proactive mindset—you're comfortable taking ownership of your work.
Interest in ecommerce, Shopping campaigns, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of GA4 and reporting tools (a plus but not essential!).
Critical thinking & decision-making skills—you can assess a situation, research additional info, and make well-informed choices.
