Digital PR Specialist (14-Month FTC)
We're looking for an experienced Digital PR Specialist to join our Organic Search team and lead on the creation and execution of digital PR strategies, across both campaigns and reactive
The ideal person will have 3+ years experience in digital PR and in managing their own client accounts and digital PR strategies from end-to-end.

Reporting to the Head of Organic Search and working closely with a team of technical SEOs and content strategists, you will be responsible for delivering exciting, results-drive digital PR strategies on behalf of our portfolio of local and national clients.
We’re looking for someone experienced in PR who can hit the ground running with client campaigns and who has a strong understanding of how their work contributes to organic wider search goals. There is a client-facing element to this role, so you should feel comfortable with clients, boasting strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to realise success.

Key responsibilities:
Monitoring journalist requests and newswires for sources, comments and opportunities.
Contributing to continuously building and maintaining our database of contacts.
Establishing lasting relationships with publications, media, influencers and journalists in a wide range of industries.
Delivering creative PR and outreach campaigns to hit coverage KPIs and that contribute to organic search performance KPIs.
Stay on top of the national and industry-relevant news agenda for clients to ensure we spot reactive opportunities.
Assisting with content ideation, with a focus on content designed to attract backlinks from high-authority and/or highly-relevant publications
Producing press releases to expected style guidelines and tone of voice requirements.
Maintaining roadmaps, seasonal content calendar and project plans for clients.
Creating reports that provide clients with meaningful insights that are clearly explained in terms that relate to their organisation’s KPIs.
Building strong relationships with clients where you are their key point of communication.
Supporting new business initiatives including research, analysis, proposal writing and pitching to prospective clients.
Requirements:
Excellent copywriting and grammar skills
Proven experience of digital PR campaign delivery, ideally in portfolio format
Resourceful, with organisational skills and great attention to detail
Previous experience in an agency or in-house PR role required
Knowledge of organic search and it's link to digital PR desired
